The accommodation
This is an excellent three bedroom villa with private swimming pool located in "El Pinar de Los Franceses", next to the Natural Park of the Bay of Cadiz. El Pinar, is an excellent urbanization in Chiclana, which is characterized by being a very quiet and very well communicated area, outside the town centre, a few minutes from the beach and very close to a shopping centre with supermarket, cafe restaurant etc. (3 minutes by car).
The plot is 500m with parking area inside with automatic entrance gate.
WiFi internet connection. Air conditioning in lounge/kitchen and fans for bedrooms.
Consists of 3 bedrooms, lounge - open plan kitchen with air conditioning, 2 porches, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven and microwave. In the immediate vicinity there are several shops.
The two porches mean that there is always sun and shade in the house. The porch next to the swimming pool, which is completely fenced, is very pleasant, especially in the summer evenings. It has barbecue in the gazebo as well as fridge and tv.
Without a doubt, it is an excellent villa to spend the summer holidays in peace and quiet.
