The accommodation

The apartment very quiet, with aluminum frames, double glazing and security grilles, is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator. It consists of a lounge with 2 sofas one of which flipbed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen .You can find a wardrobe room and loft.

The bedroom is climatized. It have double exposure and 2 terraces, one is facing the sea and serves the bedroom and lounge. The other one, livable, 25 sqm. is accessible from the kitchen, covered in the case of awnings, and is equipped with table, chairs and sunbed. The furniture is modern with excellent finish.From his terraces, you can enjoy a sea view and admire the marine sunsets.

Comfort: The apartment, for the comfort of guests, is equipped with 32 inch screen TV with digital cable box, dvd player and everything you need to stay medium / short, as hair dryer, kitchen utensils , toaster,washing machine, electrical oven. We also can provide for our small guests, high chair and cot.wifi included in the limit of 25 hrs/week.
Heating on consumption.
Air conditioning: extra 40 euro per week.

Setting

The apartment is just 100 meters from the beach, where you can find beaches and bathing establishments private or public. Several supermarkets are within 400 meters from the house and the bus stop to the train station is just 50 meters away.

- If you arrive by plane: From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino airport, are in force the following services: Buses Fiumicino - Ostia Lido, bus stop outside the terminal, arrival lido Center. FR1 urban train connects Fiumicino Airport whit Rome Ostia with the station, then take the train Roma - Ostia Lido. The cost of admission is 8 euros. The races are very frequent, the service begins at 05:18 and normally ends at 23:30.
Travel time is the average Lido Centre / Pyramid 25 minutes, Lido Centre / Terms 40/45 minutes.

* We are sorry to inform our guests that work on the subway line and the train Roma - Lido service stops at 21.00, to replace the shuttle service from 21.00 am to 05.00 pm.
The departure station is Roma Porta San Paolo, who is the Piramide station for the line B, station arrival and 'Christopher Columbus. (Temporarily until it arrives at Ostia Centro)

The apartment is located in Ostia Lido, a sea suburb with a population of 300,000 inhabitants at only 25 km away from Rome. The apartment is in the heart of commercial area of the town, has 5 supermarkets within 400 meters.

The bus stop is 50 meters far.The beach is 100 meters far. An underground service every 10-15 minutes leads you from 'Lido Centro' station to the centre of Rome in about half an hour, Ostia has kilometers of beaches.,here you can enjoy a beach holiday whilst living a stone's throw from Rome.

Ostia Lido has many shopping malls, theatres, multiplex cinemas, swimming pools, sport fields of any kind, cycle paths and the new Rome Harbour , with several berths as well as plenty of shops open all day. The marvellous Castelfusano pinewood situated nearby is Ostia 's green lung, ideal for biking, jogging and picnics. Ostia Lido being a beach resort, it also has plenty of discos, bingo and game rooms, coffee bars, McDonald's restaurants and ice-cream shops.

Ostia Lido is only 7 km far from Fiumicino international airport and 50 km from Civitavecchia harbour, main station for Sardinia and Corsica ferries as well as of the most famous cruise ships.
