The accommodation
Apartment for 4 people in a private complex. It has a dining room which exits to a terrace overlooking the lake, the park and the lighthouse of Chipiona. The terrace has a table and four chairs. There is a double bedroom with en suite and a twin bedroom with another bathroom with shower. The kitchen is separate.
The apartment has air conditioning. It has two parking spaces, one in a closed garage with access to the apartment from the lift and another space outside.
Setting
The complex is called "Los Juncos". It has a nice well kept garden and two pools. Just outside there is a huge park with a playground. Very close to the complex there is an artificial lake with fountains and ducks. The beach is approximately 800 meters (10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike). Just 100 meters away is the Mercadona supermarket and a shopping center with hardware, boutiques, bakery and several bars and restaurants. At 100 meters there is also the bus station. It is a quiet area within the resort of Costa Ballena.
Activities and attractions
The complex is located in the Costa Ballena resort with private security 24 hours a day. There is a golf course with 18 holes. The beach is really long with white sand. Very close to the resort are very attractive locations: San Lucar de Barrameda, entrance to Doñana National Park (12 Kms), Rota (8 Kms), Chipiona (5 Kms), Jerez de la Frontera (Andalusian horse show) (24 Kms), El Puerto de Santa Maria (22 Kms). They are all charming places and great tourist attractions with fine dining. The airport is located in Jerez de la Frontera.

A la casa no le faltaba detalle. Tenia de todo, desde utensilios hasta bolsasde basura, liquido para lavavajillas. La ubicacion genial,hay un mercado al lado y la paya esta a unos 20 min andando. Un puto a favor es la plaza del vehiculo pra aparcar. Y las dudas que teniamos de como acceder a la urbanizacion fueron solventadas rapidamente. Genial
