Villa with 3 bedrooms only 750 meters from the beach

Excellent friendly service from Gabriel with our short notice reservation - Muchas gracias. The villa is beautifully appointed, everything provided for a relaxing holiday, including pool/beach towels. Air conditioning works really well in the villa, and the pool is really warm, though has no shallow end so would not be suitable for young children. Lovely outlook over the golf course. Very welcome strong breeze in the afternoons so you can stay outside comfortably, and the large covered terrace is excellent for shaded meals. This is predominantly a Spanish holiday location, very few other nationalities (which we liked) but it is definitely useful to be able to speak Spanish. We had a fabulous buffet lunch at the Golf hotel, pricey at 35 euros each but amazing food. Beach is 20 minutes walk, passing a small shop for supplies. 10 minutes drive to hypermarket for food shopping. All in all, an excellent villa.

Wonderful place, we were three couples. One from Spain, another from the States and another couple from England. We loved the place. It surpassed our expectations. Very clean, beautifully decorated and has all what you need for a relaxing, pleasant holiday. The owner is very nice and helpful. The villa is exactly as in the pictures and even better. We will definitely want to repeat this great experience. The beach in Oliva Nova is only 5 minutes by car and is quiet and clean. We also loved Denia which is about 20 minutes by car. Lugar maravilloso, eramos tres matrimonios. Uno de España, otro de los Estados Unidos y otro matrimonio de Inglaterra. Nos encantó el lugar. Superó nuestras expectativas. Muy limpio, muy bien decorado y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable y relajante. El dueño es muy amable y atento. La villa es exactamente como en las fotos e incluso mejor. Definitivamente vamos a querer repetir esta gran experiencia. La playa de Oliva Nova es muy bonita y tranquila a 5 minutos en coche. También nos gustó mucho Denia que está solo a 20 minutos en coche.
