The accommodation

Residence Cleo is a newly constructed elegant building, located at 400 mt from the centre of Lido degli Estensi, in front of the new touristic port “Marina degli Estensi”, on the Adria Coast of Lidi di Comacchio, in the hearth of the Po Delta Park. Thanks to its charming location and to the comforts of its 37 apartments, Residence Cleo is an ideal holiday place for families with children and for young people, who like having fun.

Our well equipped apartments are situated from the ground floor to the fourth floor and can accommodate 2, 5 or 6 persons. Every apartment is accoutered with a big terrace with barbecue, air conditioning and heating system, security safe, satellite-tv, Wi-fi connection, kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Depending on the kind of apartment you will find the following bedrooms:
2 persons apartment: 1 double bedroom
5 persons apartment: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 sofa bed
6 persons apartment: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with three beds (or double and single bed) and 1 sofa bed.

Our Residence has got a fitness room, a relax area with sauna and Turkish bath, a big outdoor swimmingpool with solarium area and a spacious parking. At 800 mt from Residence Cleo You can find a beach with bar, snack-lunch, sun beds and umbrellas You can rent for fixed lower prices.

Setting

Lido degli Estensi is considered as the touristic capital of Lidi di Comacchio. It is one of the principal destinations of the Adria Coast, base of the new, modern pleasure boat harbour Marina Estensi. A perfect holiday place for people who love the seaside: beaches with fine and gold sand are well equipped with all the necessary services: beach games, gyms, entertainement; the see has shallow water, without any cliffs and its so ideal for children. The city is smart and funny, green areas are well attended and in the main street You find several shops and boutiques. Another interesting attraction for tourists are restaurants, cafés and taverns, where from breakfast to dinner You can taste the typical traditional plates of Emiglia Romagna, but also of the international kitchen. In the evening Lido degli Estensi offers many amusement possibilities such as music in the squares and on the beach, luna parks for children, pub and discos for joung people, shopping and entertainement in the centre. Not far from the beach is set the new harbour Marina Estensi, You can reach from the canal in Porto Garibaldi; the new harbour has modern equipements, radio and meteosat station, 300 boat places, modern reception, naval assistance service and is supervised all day.
