This home offers 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and each two single beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, dining-table with 4 chairs, complete bathroom with tub and shower,
living room with 2 sofas, fireplace and international SAT TV.

On demand the owner provides a crib for babies and electrical heating in winter.
Around the terrace and the pool there are tropical plants and a lawn, a cute covered outdoor-kitchen for your evening-barbecue next to your private pool, a table, chairs and deck-chairs.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.

In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.

The next house, Casa MIriam, is almost identical and can also be rented – perfect for two families !
