Villa Mare Nostrum is a very well located, just meters from the beach of Cala'n Forcat and Cala'n Blanes viewpoint from which you can see every day the wonderful sunsets that the island offers and only 3 kilometers from Ciutadella.

Some of its special features are having a large terrace on the top floor with good sea views, free internet Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The house has two floors, in the ground floor it is the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom , on the first floor it is the master bedroom with suite bathroom and a large terrace with great sea wiews.

The kitchen is fully equipped, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with two doors, coffee maker, electric kettle, all kitchen utensils and kitchen.ç

In the dining room there is a T.V. and satellite TV with DVD and a large window to the outside of the pool and garden.

It is a house where you can enjoy your pool, have a barbecue or contemplate its sea views, definitely a place to relax.

The arrials would be on Fridays in July and August.

There is a responsible person to help in everything above the property and to inform about important places to visit, where to eat or wich beaches to go.

Setting

The house is located in the urbanization of Cala'n Blanes, 3.5 kilometers from Ciutadella and its historic center.

The beach of Cala'n Forcat and the wiewpoint are located about 50 meters.
In the area there are several supermarkets, restaurants, water park, bars overlooking the sea and a touristic office.

Activities and attractions

The area has a water park, 4 small beaches, Cala en Blanes, Calas Picas, Cala in Cala en Brut and Forcat, diving center, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts and a gym with cross circuit.
