Typical Catalan house restored with 3500 m2 of closed land and 450 m2 of house, perfect to accommodate up to 30 people. It has 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 toilets, swimming pool with jacuzzi, 3 barbecues, semi-industrial kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining room, chill-out area, table tennis, parking.
The house is a spectacular place to spend holidays in groups of family or friends. It is at the foot of the mountain and 5km from the beaches.

The house is heated with air conditioning and heating in all areas.

The house is located at the foot of the mountain, 4 km from the sea with green routes (bicycle lane) to the beach.
