The accommodation

Moles Villa consists of two floors of 278 m2 total area), providing that each person in the group have their personal place and, at the same time, enjoying together the common rooms for spend time relaxing, either in the lounge or by the pool. Planned with much generosity, offering spacious rooms, bathed in light.

Downstairs you will find a great lounge with fireplace, TV and a comfortable corner sofa. It connects directly to the kitchen which has another direct exit to the porch, garden and swimming pool access. The kitchen is very fully equipped gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and pantry, as well as a wood-fired barbecue to enjoy a cosy atmosphere. It also has also a toilet in the hallway. Up the stairs we find the "room Suite".
The main bedroom has a double bed of 150 x 200 and an attached bath with whirlpool tub, shower bidet and standard equipment the other bedroom has a bed of 135 cm with wardrobe.
Two bedrooms are equipped with two beds of 90 cm in width and fitted wardrobes. All rooms are accessed from Hall primary, which gives also access to others a bath and room cleaning with washing machine and dryer two bathrooms have shower with hydromassage showers and all have a bidet, as well as standard equipment. The natural use of the House is of a maximum of 8 people, but it can be extended up to 10 using a sofa bed in the attic room.
In front of the House we have a porch, a lawn area where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and end up enjoying the pool.

On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace, TV and a spacious corner sofa. It connects directly to the large kitchen that has access to another exit to porch, garden and pool. The kitchen gas hob very thoroughly, oven, microwave, refrigerator family 2 doors, dishwasher and large pantry, so another fireplace to enjoy a cozy atmosphere.
Likewise also has a toilet in hall.
Upstairs master bedroom is entered, called "Suite".

The natural use of the house is a maximum of 8 people, but can be expanded up to 10 using a sofa bed in the attic room.
