The accommodation

New holiday house for 4-6 persons with precious private pool and porches with pool bar and outdoor
kitchen.
It is an ideal holiday home for families – you can enjoy your Andalusian holidays living outside in quiet surroundings.
The details of the house are:
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a double bed and two bunk beds
1 bathroom with tub/shower, 1 small bathroom with toilet, washbasin and washing machine
Large living room with sofas, TV with international SAT-programmes, WiFi for free, air-conditioning.
Open kitchen, very good equipped with dishwasher, fridge, ceran cooker, microwave oven and all
necessary kitchen utensils.

There are two porches: one in front of the house with comfortable wooden furniture one other
porche near the pool with barbecue grill, outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink, dining table with chairs and TV.

There are 4 sun loungers. The beautiful pool has a special low area with seating benches – to enjoy a glass of wine sitting in the cool of the pool?

the plot is completely fenced in for protection against wind and views.

There is protected parking for 2 cars on the plot.

Setting

Conil is a white fishing village really close to the beach. Fortunately it kept a huge part of the Andalusian charm. It is effected by the international and also Spanish tourism. The tourists visiting Conil the whole year round.
You can find lovable nooks and crannies and alleys decorated with flowers.
There is a long sand beach who is called “Los Bateles” and you will always find a place to enjoy the sun there, even in midsummer. There are many bars and clubs where you can celebrate until the morning. For those who want to take it easy there is a cultural programm and shows of flamenco on the place “Torre Guzman”.
The Village is one of the places with the most sunshine hours per year in Europe. Although it is never unbearably hot because auf the wind from the altantic.
Conil and its beautiful surroundings like Fuente del Gallo, Roche Viejo, Mayorazgo etc. with many beautiful villas with or without pool is a guarantee for a relaxing family holiday.
The sandy beaches of Conil and the environment are only a stone’s throw and absolutely suitable for families.

Activities and attractions

Goals who are reachable in 10 minutes by car:
-Conil is the most beautiful village we know. The atlantic borders directly to the old town, where there is the promenade with a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and small shops.
-Novo Sancti Petri, which is especially known among golfers as well as tourists who want to relax in one of the luxurious hotels. There is a big shopping center, a promenade and a parallel street where you can find many restaurants and cafes. Also interesting is the old fishing port which writes a peace of history.

Goals which are reachable in 20 minutes by car:
-a very large mall (Bahia Sur) in San Fernando where you can go shopping because there is a big selection of fashionstores.
- Vejer de la Frontera, which has been elected as the most beautiful white village in Spain a few years ago and is located on top of a mountain (great view).
- Medina Sidonia is also located on a hill from where you have a great view over the mountains to the Atlantic. An old "fortress", beautiful places with many tapas restaurants, old churches .... are also available.
- El Palmar and Trafalgar with its hippy beaches and chill bars, etc

Goals which are reachable in 45 minutes by car:
-Cadiz as probably the oldest city in Europe, with a fantastically beautiful old town, a beautiful cathedral, streets where you can find almost always tapas restaurants, a large port where you can make a 40 min. Boat transfer (costs about € 3, -) to Puerto Santa Maria.
-Jerez is known as one of the most famous Sherry cities, etc.
