1. Gated main door entrance with the smaller garden + tea table and room to park one gated car .
2. Private entrance direct from the beach to the main garden & living room.

(Living Room + Dining Room + Kitchen + Bathroom + 2 Gardens)

Living Room with chimney and ocean views on all sides equipped with a flat screen TV, Audio & Video.

Fully equipped Dining Room with large wooden table, table linens, dishes, glasses, books, games etc. Back garden views.

American Kitchen:
- Open to the living room with breakfast bar + 2 stools
- A sliding door also opens to the dining room area.
Amenities include a large double sink, washing machine, microwave, spacious fridge, and glass ceramic hob with oven, toaster, blender and juicer. Lots of storage space, Equipped with cooking supplies, silverware etc.

Small Bathroom with toilet, sink & walk-in shower.

Main Garden with 1 roofed outdoor dining area + lawn
+ outdoor shower + large dining table and 3 lounging chairs.

Smaller gardened area with a small table and 3 chairs on the other side of the house with the private gated entrance where you can also park your car.

TOP FLOOR: (3 bedrooms with terraces + built-in closets)

Two Beach view Bedrooms with glass sliding door share a large spacious ocean view Terrace :
- Main Bedroom with a large King Size bed (180cm) + flat screen TV + DVD drawers.
- Smaller Bedroom with a Queen Size bed (150 cm)

Third Bedroom with mountain views and smaller terrace over looking the gardened main door area. It has a confortable Double Sofa Bed.

1 Modern main Bathroom with Large Walk-In Shower, Sink, Toilet, Hair Dryers.

Setting

About the area:

The Playa Marenyet beach is a peaceful & family oriented Mediterranean beach with golden sands and sea breeze beachfront houses.

Activities and attractions

You can practice Kayak, SUP, Wind Surf, Fishing, Surf etc.
There are lifeguards on duty only during July and August.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
There is a surf school located next to the house, as well as a local restaurant where you can also order paellas and local cuisine to take-away to the house.
There are supermarkets about 2km away and they also do deliveries if necessary. Hospital, Drug stores, Pharmacy all at about 3 km from the house. Trains station and buses 3 km .
