House on seafront, with direct access to the beach in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava. All bedrooms and main rooms with sea views. Large garden and terraces. Private pool. Barbecue.Ideal for families with children. Also, the house has table tennis and basketball hoop. Very close to all amenities (supermarkets, shops, hospital). One hour from Barcelona and 45 minutes from Girona.
Setting
Located in the village of Cala Sant Francesc, near the Botanic Garden Mar i Murta in the town of Blanes. Located near the town of Lloret de Mar, tourist resorts with all kinds of services. Access to the area from the AP7 exit or exit Blanes Lloret de Mar If traveling by private vehicle, we recommend following the indications of the Hospital Comarcal de la Selva, on the road linking Blanes and Lloret.
If traveling by public transport, buses linking the airport of Girona and the town of Blanes, then you should use the tourist bus that connects Blanes Botanic Garden Mar i Murta, Cala Sant Francesc, Rosa pinya Jardí. The stop is the chapel of the Cala Sant Francesc. The house is within 50 m of the stop.
Activities and attractions
Possibility to practice water sports (diving, snorkeling, boating, ..), hiking round the Ways of linking various coastal towns, water parks (Waterworld in Lloret de Mar, etc.).
Barcelona is 1 hour 30 minutes by train. There are also travel agencies that organize Blanes and Lloret day trips to Barcelona.

Great location
We had a good time in the house, which is located next to the beach, with a private entrance. This entrance is probably not advisable for older people since the last few meters are quite steep and just clay. The view from the terrace is spectacular (especially when the sun comes up in the morning). In the sleeping rooms you can hear the sea all the time. We didn't try the restaurant in the bay. Blanes is in walking distance but it requires some walking uphills to come back to the house (our 7yo managed to do this several times though). The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The house does need some renovations though, especially the bathrooms. There's no airco and it's very (very) humid inside. There's room enough to park 3-4 or even 5 cars privately behind a gate. The runway to the house is very steep and a heavy or long car (like a van) could have some troubles getting back up. The swimming pool and garden are well maintained and a plus. We stayed here 17-24/08.
