The accommodation

Beautiful and cozy apartment built on two levels, located in the town center and yet in quiet area, next to the Capricho de Gaudí, in a landscaped urbanization with (very important in the months of July and August) parking , sunny apartment with views.
No need to use the car to move. Fully furnished and equipped. It has an entrance hall, kitchen with balcony clothesline, living room with glass gallery floor to ceiling balcony and mountaineer, distributor with 2 steps staircase leading to 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 each: the first with double 1'50 and balcony, and the second with 2 beds of 90 and 80 sofa bed, bathroom with separate toilet. Cot available on request.

Setting

It is located in the center of Comillas, in a neighborhood behind the Health Center. Beside the Capricho de Gaudí and the popular Plaza del Corro.

A Urbanization is accessed by two entrances for the residents of the community:
The first on the Paseo de Estrada (Road to Cabezon de la Sal and entrance next to the Health Center).
The second through the center of town with access from the Plaza de la Campa, on the streets Claudio Lopez.
Along with the urbanization are all kinds of services: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops, tourist office, etc.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is really nice, very clean, quiet and centrally located in town. Walking to the beach is a bit far so a car is definitely recommended.
