Very clean!
The apartment lies on the first floor and was very clean and located close to the beach. The owner is a formal but very friendly man who even arranged for an interpreter as we don't speak Spanish. To get to the city center, it takes about 15 minutes by taxi or 25 by bus. If your travelling with two or more, I would definitely recommend a taxi, since it's way more convenient (and even cheaper when you travel with four like us, around 5 euros for a one way). The street side of the apartment is very noisy at night, but two of the three bedrooms are at the other side which is really quiet. Spanish people do appear to watch TV until 3 am so if you're sensitive to sounds at night, take some ear plugs. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
