The accommodation

Nice and comfortable apartment with all you need for a perfect getaway just in front of Playa Varadero beach in Santa Pola. One minute walking from the sand beach. The duplex is in a gated and secure urbanization, with entrance on foot of a large garden area where you can lie down and relax by the pool, which is open and available for a bath all year round. There is a children playground area in the green area and also an open park with cafetería and terrace just in front of the urbanization. Very familiar and peaceful atmosphere, so if you want to enjoy the nightlife or organize a party we regret not being able to offer you our house.
It is an accommodation decorated with fresh and mediterranean style, where you will find all the comforts to feel like at home: wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning, tv, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fireplace (complimentary firewood in winter), kitchenware and complete kitchen utensils, towels and linens, travel cot, ...
On the ground floor (garden and pool level) you have the living room and kitchen, perfectly furnished and with appliances in perfect condition. On the upper floor there are two beautiful double rooms, one with a double bed facing the garden and the other with bunk beds overlooking the sea. In both there are spacious and practical wardrobes. On each floor you have comfortable outdoor terraces facing the pool and garden where you can enjoy an aperitif, have a coffee, relax reading, surf with your tablet or just rest after walking on the long promenade available just in front of the house.

Individual closed storage room under the house where you have at your disposal chairs, sun loungers, parasol and beach stuff.

We already had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from many countries such as Denmark, UK, Russia, France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Italy ... Setting

On the first line of a wide sandy beach with European Blue flag from 1987, with a family atmosphere, with toilets, footbaths, sports area, deck chairs and bar-cafeteria. Restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket nearby.
15 minutes driving from airport and 20 minutes from Elche and Alicante.

Activities and attractions

Sailing schools, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and all kinds of water activities and adventure in its surroundings.
The salt flats with their flamencos or the Sierra de Santa Pola, close to home and with dozens of fantastic routes for hiking and mountain biking are very popular.
Do not forget to visit Isla Tabarca, daily departures from the port. A jewel of the Mediterranean Sea.
Salt Museum, Aquarium and Sea Museum in the Fortress of Santa Pola Castle are interesting visits.
And of course, gastronomy. An authentic wonder of this beautiful fishing village. Fresh fish and seafood arrive daily at the fishing port and the Arroces Marineros and Calderos of the place can boast of being the best of Spanish Levante. We would love to recommend places to enjoy good food.
