The accommodation
This stunning, south-facing apartment is located in a quiet, gated community of only 18 apartments with a communal pool and garden. There is an amazing all round panoramic view from the terrace of sea and mountains. The apartment has been refurbished and redecorated in 2012. The inside of the apartment is spacious and very well appointed with separate living and dining areas, a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and large bedroom, which will accommodate a travel cot as well as the double bed. The travel cot is suitable for a child upto 14kg or 86cm in height.
Setting
The best part of Mojacar Playa’s beachfront is only 150m away, with esplanade, cafes, bars and restaurants. Though close to the beach, the apartment is set back in a quiet location. This is a wonderful place for a couple or small, young family to have a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Beautiful views
Apartment had great views as it was situated up a short hill. Very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay, including hairdryer, iron and most important sunbeds (lovely south facing terrace). Plenty of restaurants nearby so spoilt for choice. Overall, great holiday and would highly recommend

We enjoyed our visit very much! The appartement was lovely and very well equiped, the view was stunning!!! Restaurants, bars, beach everything is on walking distance. Greg took good care of us! We had a wonderfull time!!!
