Villa for rent only 300 meters from the beach

Víctor es un chico muy atento, tuvimos contacto con el previamente , y durante la estancia, incluso se ofreció a llevarnos al supermercado si no teníamos coche! la casa es maravillosa, decorada con gusto y muy cómoda, muy próxima al centro de ciutadella, todo perfecto

These have been my favourite vacations! Five days of fun! We were a group of ten people so we needed a big house. Now when we talk about a house doing the job for ten this one had all the points. There were cups, plates, even shampoo! There was literally anything you need in a house. The ping pong was fun, the pool was relaxing and Menorca is a beautiful place. Living at this house was like living at home. Everything is near, the center of the city, the lovely port and the supermarket! It has been an amazing experience to be in this house. We all had a blast, definitely would recommend it and for sure we will be back!

We have just returned from a wonderful week's stay at Victor's villa and we would recommend it to everyone. We arrived 2 hours early, but the villa was ready and we received a very warm welcome from the owner, Victor, who spent over 30 mins showing us everything and recommending supermarkets, restaurants, things to do, etc. The villa is very spacious and really felt like a home from home. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen cupboards had all the essential items, there were plenty of towels, the pool is a good size and perfect temperature, quality sun loungers, the furniture is comfortable, there are three areas to sit and eat, the large covered terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture, fans and a BBQ, there are DVD's and computer games (not that we needed them) and plenty of dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Victor also let us use his bikes and beach items. The villa is in a perfect location: only 2 mins walk to the excellent supermarket, 1 minute walk to the sea and you can walk into the centre of Cuitadella easily. The villa is in a very quiet residential area, with easy car parking. Cuitadella is a lovely city, with lots to see and do, excellent restaurants and shops and very clean and friendly. We recommend the market in the main square on Saturdays (everything priced, good quality and well presented). We would also recommend the old quarry at Lithica, the 'Somni' horse show at Ferreries (20 mins in car) was fantastic and the beach at Cala d'Algiarens. We were very lucky with the weather in October, as it was in the late 20's centigrade all week. As you are right next to the sea, there is a very pleasant breeze. In summary, we spent days looking at villas on numerous websites in different locations on the island, but this was the perfect villa and location. The villa is spacious, very clean, with quality furnishings and equipment and has everything you need for an excellent holiday. And Victor, the owner, could not have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
