Beautiful mediterranean-style penthouse in front of the beach with nice views of the sea. Just renoved. Loft all-in-one with double bed and rolllaway bed. Full kitchen and modern bathroom. Nice and elegant apartment. Ideal for two person or couples with a child.
It has the amenities of a conventional flat (TV LED 32"). Air conditioner.

Right in the center of the town, next to several restaurants but very quiet because is 6th floor in front of sea. Just 50 meters to beach and direct views to the sea. Very close to train station (2 min.). Good located to visit the city of Barcelona and the Costa Brava.

Outstanding location by the beach!
We decided to squeeze in with our family of four (two young children) and it was a great decision as we were able to so easily and quickly walk to the beach and other cafes. The place was fully outfitted with many sheets, towels, and everything for the kitchen too, making it a very simple place to visit too between our other appointments. The family met us when we got off the train and helped us locate the place and even were so kind and helpful even when we got the key stuck in the door! the only thing that could make this place better would have been to have air conditioning as there happened to be a pretty intense heat wave in the area. We would definitely choose to stay there again, even with the heat!
great place to stay
Great apartment for couple to spend holidays in Calella. Clean and cosy, not too big - this is a classical studio, but has all necessary stuff. The apartment is just after the refreshment - makes a good impression. Everything needed is in place. Localization is great - just 2-3 min to get to the beach. Good infrastructure near the apartment - supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and so on. Easy to get to Barcelona or to the Airport - just use the train. Definitely recommend to rent!!! Thanks to Xavier - he is a great host :)
