The accommodation
It´s a House of three floors, in the ground floor there are the lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, gallery, pantry and terrace that gives to the garden; In the first floor there are three bedrooms and a complete bath; And in second floor there are a marriage bedroom with views to the sea, and solarium with BBQ. Totally conditioned with all the services , furniture, kitchen appliances, clothes of bed and towels. It is exterior, all the rooms have windows with nice views to the garden , to the mountains and to the sea from the last plant.
Setting
* It´s in a very nice urbanization with gardens, squares, lakes, swimming pools,playspark, tennis court, sports track and social club with bar - restaurant.
* The garages are in basement floor, and you go in directly from the street, for this the urbanization is very quiet.
* It is very near a protected space green, in that it isn´t possible to build, and in a few minutes walking you go to the Carabasi beach, with dunes and trees. It is only 5 minutes in car of the airport,10 minutes of Santa Pola, 15 minutes of Alicante and 45 minutes of Benidorm.
Activities and attractions
* It is possible to enjoy the nature and the beach. To a few minutes walking there is a commercial center with bars, restaurants and supermarket. There are three golf courses to few distance.
* It is possible to visit the Castle, the Port and the Casino of the Alicante city .
* The park Terra Mitica is to 45 minutes in car and also the water park of Aqualandia and the sea animals in the Mundomar park .
* In Gran Alancant there is a tourist train that does a tour to you for the zone and also it serves as a transport.

Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха
В сентябре 2014 отдыхали большой семьёй (6 человек) в этом уютном доме. На мой взгляд, здесь есть все необходимое для комфортного времяпрепровождения. Расположение дома позволит вам добраться пешком до одного из лучших пляжей побережья Коста Бланка - Карабасси. Отдельно хотелось отметить радушие хозяев дома, очень приветливые и гостеприимные люди. Подводя итог, могу сказать, что от месяца отдыха остались только положительные впечатления, поэтому рекомендую всем кто ищет недорогой домик у моря для семейного отдыха. P.S. для полного комфорта, рекомендую арендовать автомобиль, вместе с домом получите место в подземном паркинге.
