The accommodation

Beachfront apartment, at 60 metres from the seaside. The apartment's construction area is 139 squared metres, 117 m2 of usable area, as well as two terraces of privileged views. It has a large living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, dryer, microwaves... etc. 3 double bedrooms: one of them in suite, and two separate bathrooms. The decoration is fresh and beach-like, quite different from the typical renting apartment.

Nevertheless, the most recommendable part is its spacious terrace, with spectacular sunrises and full moon night.

It has a garage space.

Oh, and we too have a dog.

Setting

It is a luxurious urbanization, with only 24 apartments, with a fantastic swimmingpool set in a privileged zone, and with very well cared for gardens. Situated in front of the sea side, right in front of Las Ventanicas beach, in its promenade, it is a quiet zone -beside Indalo Hotel- and the beach is pretty well cared for in terms of sand and cleanliness of the surroundings.

Nearby there are, however, many establishments, restaurants and beach-bars, as well as supermarkets and shops.

Activities and attractions

Mojácar is a traditional summer holiday village of hippie tradition during the sixties, that still maintains the charm of a multicultural centre where surroundings and town plannings have been protected. It offers a double possibility: you can either keep a relaxed and quiet way of life, or, on the contrary, you can go in search for festive atmosphere in the village or in the beach establishments nearby. One can also practice many sportive activities, like tennis, golf... etc., apart from the proper beach sports, such as volleyball or scuba diving.

Excursions: The municipality adjoins with the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, which offers innumerable excursions to beaches and fishing villages, as well as the film studios set in the desert nearby. One can also see the largest european formation of gypsum karst in Bédar.
