The accommodation
House completely upgraded in January 2020.
The house has a lot of space and light. Sunny as from 9am to 9pm in summer. The opened american kitchen gives you no problem to move. You have also the air condtionning in the house. You will love the new bathroom completely upgraded with an italian shower. All the rooms are equipped with a fan. The smart TV is connected to a satellite. Additionally it has a small room in the back for the laundry. As you can see on the pictures, the terrasse-garden (70m2) is very nice with the tree and different plants. The house in named "Casa Jazmin" because of the jasmine on the terrace. It smells so good. You will spend all your time on the terasse :-) Everything is done in order to give you full satisfaction during your stay.
This december 2020, we installed a fire place and completely isolated the house.
Setting
The house is located in the Los Angeles urbanization. That area is very quiet and only residential. You'll find a lot of parks, garden and palm tree all around the house.
Activities and attractions
The "Locos" beach is 10mn away from the house, walking. If you have a car, you'll find a fantastic beach in Guardamar. It will remind you Gran Canaria because it has a lot of dunes and there's not that much people. Downtown, there's a boat going every day to the Tabarca island where you can spend the day. The market of Torrevieja takes place every Friday.

Great holidays!
I already stayed several times at marco, in summer and in winter. In summer you have fans and air conditioning and in winter you have heating so its nice to stay there all year long. Marco is a really good host, always available on the phone and quick to answer. The house is completely refurnished and very clean. The neighbourhood is super quiet and you can always park in front of the house. I will definitly come back!
Great location !
I had a great time staying at this appartment. The whole house was very clean and neat. Everything is exactly like on the pictures, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet even if the house is not far of the beach, the city, and the malls. Marco is a great host. He was quick to respond and easy to deal with. I would highly recommand the apartment and the host and I will defintely come back to Alicante and to Marco.
Perfect place
We stayed one week in this lovely house decorated with taste and could appreciate the brand new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditionning/fans in the rooms were very welcome. Big nice patio (with privacy) with a nice Jasmin smell and exotic flowers. The place is very well situated (5mn from the beach and city center) and it is also very convenient to be able to park the car just in front of the house. We had a great time here : we will be back for sure !
