The accommodation
Excelent house near the beach, golf and tenis. Good for families with children, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (3 met.) for children and to refresh.
Woodburner in living room and electric heater in the bedrooms.
Quiet area.

It is situated in a quiet area in a small neighborhood of Charneca da Caparica, but relatively close to services.
It is accessible by car and bus. It is near Almada and Lisbon (about 20Km) also ideal for those who want to discover Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Sesimbra the south. Palmela, Setubal.
Activities and attractions
In summer and winter You can enjoy all the advantages of being in an area near the sea, but surrounded by pine trees, enjoy golf at Aroeira or Capuchos, visit historic areas of Lisbon and its surroundings and make the crossing by boat of the river Tejo and marvel with all the gastronomy of this area from the grilled fish, stews and cataplanas to fish or seafood.

Lovely holiday in lovely house
My family and I stayed the last week of december 2011 in Charneca de Caparica in the sweet and very comfortable house of the fince couple Maria and Josef. It's location is perfect: walking distance to beautiful beaches, good busconnextions to (the ferry) to Lissabon. The weather was in the middle of the winter perfect: all days sun, about 17/18 degrees Celsius. We had sit and lunched/dinner several times in the nice garden. It was a very happy week.
