The accommodation

Modern and design house very spacious with natural light and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The house has a fence for your privacy while enjoying the garden and the pool.

The house has a capacity for 4-5 people. It has two bedrooms with double articulated beds, one of the rooms is a suite with bathroom included. The second floor with "loft" style has a sofa bed for one person. The house also has a toilet. All windows are double glazed with security doors.

Living room and dining room in a single environment with wide flat TV, wifi and stereo. It has sliding doors that give access to the terrace and the pool from the living room. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with combined refrigerator (fridge and freezer 3 drawers), microwave, oven, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine.

The garden around the house is very spacious with natural grass and has a private swimming pool (pool chlorination system works with salt electrolysis system that provides maintenance and cleaning without chlorine, the best to enjoy healthy and safe environment).

Setting

The house is located in Masos de Pals, a very quiet place surrounded by fields and just 400 meters from the village of Pals and all services such as restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to the house there is a supermarket and Pals beach is about 5 km.

Girona Airport is 45 km away and Barcelona 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.

Activities and attractions

The Pals Beach Golf club is about 5 km from the house. The natural environment of the house as well as the proximity to the beach allows the practice of any water sport like windsurfing, paddle surf, sailing or diving and also cycling and running. It is possible to rent any equipment for water sports as well as bicycle rental.
