The accommodation
The property which is rented is a cozy newly built townhouse . It is 1.5 km from the shopping center and 300 m from the sea (playa del moro )
the complex has 4 swimming pools , playground and walking areas .
The house has 3 floors :
ground floor .
At street level there is a garage deck .
Iinto the house , there is a hall , to the right. Separate kitchen , next there in shower room. Then the living room with sofa bed for 2 people in the background, the terrace with table and six chairs and pool access . The terrace with awning
1st floor . Three bedrooms , one double with wardrobe, a bathroom , a bedroom with 2 beds and wardrobe and one single bedroom with wardrobe.
2nd floor

Setting
Alcossebre is located north of the province of castellón, 40 km south of vinaroz on the costa del azahar, between, peniscola and oropesa ,
an hour's drive from the airports of valencia and reus, and 2.30 h . Barcelona,
the castellon airport just 20 km from alcossebre .
The nearest railway station is at a distance of 8 km, in alcalá de xivert . The village also has a lovely marina and sailing club , where you can rent yachts.
There is the possibility of horseback riding and hiking trails through orchards and orange groves, the natural park of sierra de irta and the marsh of cabanes - torreblanca . Diving enthusiasts will also enjoy a rocky area.

Estupendas vacaciones
La casa estupenda, si vas con niños la piscina a dos metros de la terraza. Al lado de las playas. Puedes ir andando si quieres. Alcossebre tiene de todo, centro comercial, ambulatorio restaurantes de comida de todas las clases y polideportivo con canchas de basket, fútbol y demás al ladito de casa. La verdad muy buenas vacaciones
