Beautiful apartment in condominium with swimmingpool "Residential Torrequebrada". Located in front of Las Yucas Beach, between the Casino and Golf Course. Ideal for spending your holidays relaxed, sunbathing or practicing your favourite sport: golf, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, tennis, horse riding...
Terrace with private small garden and direct acces to swimmingpool, open 24 hours all the year. Equipped with everything necessary for families with babies: international TV satellite, washing machine, hair dryer, baby cot, high chair, blender for porridge... Private parking.Enclosed gardens and tennis courts. Very safe for children to play. Mattresses renewed in February 2012.
Setting
Very well connected by bus along the coast.
In Torrequebrada urbanization there are supermarkets, internet area, bank, hairdresser, pharmacy, bars and even a medical center at 500 mt.
It is a residential area, very nice and quiet. Ideal for families with children and sport lovers. There is a possibility in the area riding, playing golf, snorkeling and diving and all kinds of water sports.
Activities and attractions
We recommend visiting the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena, see their stores, eat in restaurants, drinks at any of its beautiful terraces, or dance in one of its pubs and clubs.
For children's amusement park TIVOLI WORLD, Aquapark water park, dolphinarium, aquarium SEALIFE or Fuengirola Zoo, or a little further the Selwo Adventure, if you want to see wild animals living in semi-freedom

BUEN PRECIO
La relación calidad/precio me parece bastante buena, teniendo en cuenta que está muy cerca de la playa y los servicios que ofrece: garaje cubierto, piscina abierta todo el año, pista de tenis, jardines... La urbanización está muy cuidada y la terraza-jardín es acogedora. Realmente lo hemos pasado bien y hemos estado a gusto.
