House for rent in orange fields with swimming pool

The accommodation

Beautiful antique house recently restored, in the middle of orange fields and private pine forests and gardens. You can rent the whole house or by areas. Two charming apartments for four people each, (one room with two beds and a living room with a sofa bed for two), the living room with kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, cooktop, fridge, etc), antique decorations all around the house, beautiful views through every window. These living rooms have their own TV. Both of these apartments have independent exists to the gardens. In the first floor there are three more rooms who share a big kitchen, a lovely living room with TV and a big dining room with views. The living room on the first floor has another double sofa bed if needed. The rooms have double beds, private bathrooms with antique pieces and brand new marble showers. The kitchen is equipped with oven, cooktop, fridge and dishwasher. The second floor is one big room, 140m, with marble bathroom, 60m terrace, one double bed, one individual bed and two fold up small beds if needed. It also has a big fireplace where you can cook a nice barbacue. It has 11 windows with breath taking views.
The house has two pools, one beside the house and one emblematic huge natural pool on the highest area of the fields where you can swim surrounded by nature. It’s a five minute walk through orange trees, pine trees, fig trees, white mulberry trees, palm trees, olive trees and many other. This country house also has a private chapel (not open but very charming from the outside). The garden near the house has a centenarian olive tree and a lovely lime tree with very aromatic limes. It has a two barbacues where you can cook a typical Spanish paella (I can provide you with the recepie or even a cook!), it also has a Moorish oven built over 200 years ago (we’ve recently restored it). We’ve got an ecological vegetable garden with melons, water melons, strawberries, eggplants, Italian peppers, Spanish peppers and other vegetables that you can collect and cook as you please.

Setting

Green valley surrounded by orange fields and pine forests. The house is near Carcaixent and Puebla Larga. You can access the house through the AP-7 highway. Once you get to Carcaixent it’s a 2 kilómeter drive through orange fields.
You can also get to Carcaixent using the train from Valencia, the “cercanías”, it’s a 30 minute trip. Or you can also use the train Madrid-Valencia with stop at Xátiva which is 15 minutes away from the house. From the airport (Valencia) it would be a 45 minute drive.

Activities and attractions

Total privacy and relax. Gardens with trees and garden furniture. Swim in the pool or the big natural pool. Walk through private pine woods and orange fields. Vegetable garden, fruit trees and aromatic herbs. Padel courts 5 minutes away. Golf 10 minutes away and 30 minute drive to the beach. You can visit the Monasterio de la Valldigna, Aigues Vives, Xátiva (castle and monumental area), Ermita de San Roc (14 Century). The archeologic center Les Alcusses (2 centuries BC) is 30 minutes drive away.
Carcaixent has it’s own mall where you can go shopping (Zara, H&M and many other high street stores and supermarket). Alcira (the next town 2 minutes away from Carcaixent) has cinemas, restaurants, bars and night clubs. Valencia is 45 minutes drive and you can visit the Ciudad de las Ciencias, Lonja, Cathedral, museums, old area of the city, beaches, night clubs, restaurants among other turistic activities.
