It is an independent house-chalet for a maximum of five people (5 beds) located in Costa de la Luz Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz). It is 700 metres from the beach (4 minutes walk) and 2000 metres from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It consists of 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom and others with two beds each, kitchen-living room with breakfast bar, bathroom with shower. Fully furnished with white goods and kitchen equipment. Private parking for 2 vehicles and storage room of about 12 metres, in an enclosed and landscaped plot of 600 m. (lawn, trees etc.) with private surface swimming pool of the brand Gre of 650x 350x120 centimetres and a good exterior patio, at short distance to Chipiona, Rota, El Puerto de Santa María, Trebujena, Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto Real, San Fernando, Cádiz, Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos, etc.etc. (ask for more information).
