This magnificent luxury villa was constructed in 2011 and is located in the quiet residential area of Son Gall, only metres from Santandría beach and only 1.9 km from the centre of Ciutadella.
The villa is laid out over 205m2, sitting on an 1100m2 plot.
The house includes 4 bedrooms, three of which are ensuite, and has a total of 5 bathrooms.
You will be able to enjoy the enormous kitchen, suitable for 8 diners, with views of the impressive 12 x 5 metre overflow swimming pool and its water fall. You can also have funbarbecuing in the large 36m2 BBQ areanext to the swimming pool.
The south facing facade of the villa has been constructed with floor to ceiling windows providing magnificent panoramic views of the surroundings.
In addition, you will find a spacious 160m2 garage beneath the villa, where you will be able to park your vehicle.

Situated 45 km from the airport, the house is reachedvia the Santandría road which leads off
the south ring road of Ciutadella.
If you travel by ferry, you will find the house 5 minutes from the new commercial port.

On the island, the villa guests will be able to go hiking, diving or for a sailing trip on our magnificent boat or get lost in the heart of Ciutadella, only a 4 minutes’ drive away, where you can enjoythe Cathedral, the port or the local market.

What great happiness in this villa
We rented this city in September for 10 days. Thanks to Dina for her welcome. The villa is 5 minutes from the center of Cituadella. The villa is beautiful, modern, spacious, comfortable, super quiet area, nicely decorated, in perfect condition, a superb pool. Without a doubt I highly recommend it .... A great happiness ....
The villa is stylish, modern and spacious and the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. We stayed there with our 2 daughters (4 years old and a 4 month old baby). The pool is ideal for kids as it has a wide step which is shallow enough for small children to play on. The comfortable outdoor seating area was great way to relax outdoors too and there was a nice shaded area for the baby too. The villa had everything we needed and Eduard, the owner, was more than happy to assist us with anything else. It felt very private and comfortable. The local beach is small and has everything you need and some lovely restaurants too. The gorgeous town of Cuitadella is only 5 mins drive away. We had a perfect week and would definitely come back again. We thoroughly ecommend this to anyone thinking of visiting Menorca.
