The accommodation
Apartment in the center of Oviedo. Next to the Town hall, Cathedral, Museums, tourist office..... Very sunny, renovated and very clean. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two double and one single, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Towells and sheets are included.
Very good heating for the winter and free wiffi.
Beautiful views of the famous Fontan, a very important land mark in Oviedo.We are sited in the historical pedestrian area so you will visit the city while you have a beautiful walk.
Surrounded by shops, restaurants, banks, taxi ranks etc. It is an excellent apartment to spend a good holiday.
Possibility to rent a private parking place very close to the apartament at low prices.
Wheelchairs inaccessible.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoke is allowed but not it in the rooms.

Tiene muy buena calefacción individual para el invierno... La cocina y el salón del piso dan para el famoso Fontán zona importantísima de Oviedo y de visita obligada y sus vistas son expléndidas. Se encuentra al lado para hacer la compra diaria, Mercadona y la plaza de pescados del Cantabrico, carnes, mariscos, quesos, embutidos, etc. donde se venden todos los productos asturianos.También está rodeado de bancos, mercado de las flores y plantas,,restaurantes,farmacias,comercios, taxis,autobuses etec.
Con muy buen ambiente todos los días.
Se recomienda para familias de vacaciones, viajes de negocios, para trabajar por organismos oficiales etc. ya que está en el centro de Oviedo y no se necesita coche.
.. A la entrega de llaves se entregan las sábanas y toallas. y manual en inglés y español del funcionamiento de todas las cosas de la casa.
Las habitaciones son soleadas y silenciosas para un buen descaso. Los dueños viven en el piso de al lado por lo que es una gran ventaja...
El apartamento está reformado,muy limpio y con muy buenas ropas.
Permitido fumadores, pero se ruega no fumen en las habitaciones. El apartamento no es apto para personas en sillas de ruedas o con movilidad muy reducida.

Fantastic Location
Excellent apartment in excellent location (centre of old city) close to restaurants,bars and all shops. Carmen's parents are charming and very helpful, but would help to speak some Spanish or French, they speak no English, although Carmen is fluent. I would certainly recommend the apartment to friends, and stay there again if in the area. Oviedo is a fantastic city with many old buildings and works of art, and well worth a visit.

Great location
Very comfortable, clean, quaint, well-equipped and roomy apartment. The location was superb, on a pedestrian zone near the Old City Hall, the enclosed Old Market (fresh milk automat!) and the lively square 'Plaza Fontán'. The Mercadona supermarket was also handily located there. Oviedo is a lovely city, especially if you enjoy walking around. I loved the art nouveau facades, the ancient monuments, the flair of the pedestrian zones and squares, the excellent cuisine (menú del día is your best buy at, for example, La Corte de Pelayo) and the friendly inhabitants. We would definitely stay again at this apartment. The owners are lovely people and live just across the hall if you need anything. Despite the central location, it was quiet at night.
