Fantastic terraced house, in a quiet urbanization, located high above the town of Almuñécar, at 2 km from the centre and the beach. The urbanization offers nice gardens, cascades and stunning panoramic swimming pool.

The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 singles and a travel cot), 2 complete bathroom, and downstairs it has a large lounge and dining room with TV, SAT (English free channels), DVD, fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, etc), toilet, and terrace with fantastic views to the sea and the mountain. Air conditioning in all the house. Car necessary. The pool is at walking distance from the house.
