French cuisine fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, kitchenware, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Bathroom, bath and bidet, vanity mirror, hair dryer and towels. Ground floor.

Setting

Located in the historic center of Seville, within the old walled city, next to Museum Square, since the door is the Museum of Fine Arts, second art gallery in the country. A 3-minute walk from the Plaza de la Campana, Km 0 of the city.
Public parking and buses and taxis stop at 200 m, in Plaza de Armas and Plaza del Duque.

Activities and attractions

* You can walk to visit all the palaces, churches, museums and historic gardens in the city. Leisure Centre close to Plaza de Armas, Guadalquivir River, district of Triana, the bullring Maestranza, Torre del Oro, María Luisa park. Barrio de Santa Cruz, Jewish, etc. all this on foot.

* Walking by the river Guadalquivir river basin or a boat trip to Sanlucar de Barrameda, land of Manzanilla.

* Visit to Isla Mágica theme park.

* Visit to the Roman city of Italica, 7 km

Overall it was impressive.

This is the second time I've stayed here and the experience was just as good as the first time. The apartment is in a great location in a quiet back street yet only ten minutes walk from many of the activities Sevilla has to offer. There is a large supermarket near by and plenty of reasonable priced restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean when I arrived and the owner is always on call via phone or Whatsapp if you need anything, information on Sevilla or if there are any problems. I will happily go back to stay.

Excellent location

Casa Vicente is a normal accommodation with a excellent location, near the center of Sevilla, Triana and Macarena. We stayed there for 4 days with 2 and 3 days with 4 persons. Although the Calle Garcia Ramos is in the middle of the town, during the night it is very silent and you have a good bed to sleep well. One set of keys is not comfortable, so have made a copy of the 3 keys (€ 1,20/key!!) to get into the apartment,which we left behind of course.

The owner is very friendly!

Very good location. Clear. Very friendly owner's family. Little noisy at evening. Problems with English. It is necessary to have main touristic information before visit to Sevilla (especially for Russians!). Very good place to discover Sevilla and Cordoba.
