House with 3 bedrooms only 50 meters from the beach

Excellent, comfortable, cozy house in excellent condition! It placed in small, quiet village near Torredembarra. The house have all what you need - from soap up to barbeque. Microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, TV - all works and in perfect condition. The owners are quite nice, friendly and helpful - they din't disturb you while you stay, but ready ready to help and solve your problems once you ask them. Beach placed in 3 minutes walk through the prairie with two lakes, where live ducks and other birds. Also, there is nudist area on the beach. For those who are disturbed about the railway passing near the house - it's absolutely not a problem if you sleep well. You hear the train about 2 - 5 seconds then it go away. The only thing, where i'm not agree with owners, this is that this house is only for up to 7 persons, but not for 9. A few advices for NON Spanish travelers: 1. You need to negotiate a deposit refund right after your rent is ended, because, as i understand, for Spanish visitors it's normal, that deposit will be returned within one week after rent is ended. 2. The car is strongly, strongly recommended. Summary: 21 days of rest gone as 1 day.))) Excellent house for this price! Greetings from Ukraine!
