The accommodation

New apartment, fully furnished. 2 double bedrooms (4 single beds), 1 bathroom + 1 toilet, fully equipped separate kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, combi fridge, oven, espresso coffee machine. Bed linens and towels provided.

Setting

The apartment is located between Augusta Avenue (newly built) and the promenade that runs from the Playa del Arenal to the port, where there are bars, restaurants and other amenities. 10 minutes walk is the Parador Nacional de Jávea. In Augusta Avenue you can find supermarkets and shops just 400 meters from the apartment, walking to the center of Arenal area only takes approximately 10 minutes. This is a residential area near the Arenal, so it is quiet and there is little traffic.

Activities and attractions

The main attraction of the area is the promenade that goes from Arenal to the port, where you can find restaurants, bars and ¨chiringuitos¨ overlooking the sea. The Playa del Arenal, Javea’s main beach, is only a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. There is the option of swimming or sunbathing on the rocky shore by the promenade, which is 2 minutes walk from the flat. There towards the port. although you can opt for the pebble beach, closer and more peaceful. The village has all kinds of activities (skiing, restaurants, golf, tennis, paddle ...), u can even opt for an excursion to the nearby Montgo mountain.
