Costa Ballena, the residential complex where the apartment is located, has extense open green areas with beautiful parks and excellent 4km-beach of white sand. It also has an international golf course, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc.
It is situated in Costa de la Luz, an area of great interest for its historical past and cultural heritage as well as for wonderful food and wines. Costa Ballena is near towns like Chipiona at 4km distance, Rota 9km, Sanlúcar de Barrameda 12km, Jerez de la Frontera 26km or Cádiz 60km.
Activities and attractions
The province of Cádiz, to which Costa Ballena belongs, is one of the most interesting in Spain. You can visit many beautiful towns on the seaside as well as in the mountains, like those called "Pueblos Blancos".
You can also attend horse racings on the beach in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, or visit the National Park of Doñana, for instance. You can practise sports like golf, sail, tennis, etc

El piso esta realmente bien. Muebles en perfecto estado y la casa está equipada más que correctamente. La cocina está muy bien equipada y completa de cubertería y menaje. Los muebles están muy bien. Las camas son muy cómodas, y se dispone de recambio de lencería (sábanas y toallas) todo en muy buen estado. En cada uno de los tres dormitorios hay armarios empotrados con cajones y perchas suficientes.La casa dispone de WiFi que funciona correctamente. La plaza de parking está en e sótano del edificio; es amplia y está cerca del ascensor del propio edificio. El piso es una planta baja con salida a la piscina colectiva, y también hay otra para los peques. En la piscina hay una pequeña ducha para quitarse la arena de la playa. La playa está a solo un cruce de calle. Muy buena playa. En la zona no hay discotecas cercanas ni ruido ambiental. Es ideal para familias con niños. Nosotros ya vinimos el año pasado y pensamos repetir el próximo. Genial...!!
