House with 4 bedrooms only 500 meters from the beach

The accommodation

Our house is a full equiped villa with all you need to spend a nice holiday in Galicia. The villa has 4 rooms (2 double bed rooms and 2 twin bed room), 2 full-equiped bathrooms. It is two floors.

Downstairs is the kitchen complete with gas fire and wood with ceramic hob, microwave, table and TV. freezer and refrigerator, dining table for up to ten people, window overlooking the beach and valley. One full bathroom, a sitting room with TV. and sofa bed with window overlooking the valley and sea, and space for kitchen pantry with its kitchen facilites.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, two overlooking the garden and two with sea views, a large living room with two windows overlooking the beach and the entrance of Viveiro Ria and Coelleira island (a deluxe view) bathroom with a washer machine and a dryer machine, and the corridor of 65 squared meters.

Setting

We invite to relax yourself in a welcoming and charming enviroment. Outside you can enjoy with the garden of 900 squared meters, with fruit trees, a barbecue, table with parasol and two hammocks to sunbathing in a quiet area overlooking the beach and valley. To the west is the main entrance to the house and private parking for 4 or five cars.

The house is located in Ceranzos, Xove (Lugo). A group of about 30 individual houses, old buildings and some recently built modern villas. To get here is very simple because the house is located by the road which goes toward Esteiro beach. The villa is sourrounded by a stone walls and a wooden gate.

Activities and attractions

Here you can choose between enjoy a beach day or mountain trails, you can also go fishing. There are beautiful cliffs on the area.

Recommended: visit the viewpoints of Monte Faro, Monte San Roque, Monte Castelo, Roncadoiro lighthouse (8 km far away), Pozo da Ferida waterfall, and the city of Viveiro which is 7 km, where you can find lots of shops and have fun with other activies for children and enjoy its sea promenade.
