The accommodation

All our spacious and sunny two-rooms apartments up to 6 guests are elegantly furnished with furniture and wooden floors and they will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Each apartment is provided of kitchenette with kitchen accessories, private bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, TV Sat, ski-room with key and a large panoramic balcony with a wonderful view of the Dolomites - UNESCO World Heritage site.

The residence has a lift, laundry/ironing rooms, private parking and free shuttle for moves on site (towards the ski-lift or in the centre of the village). For unforgettable moments of relaxation there is a warm and typical "stube corner” with comfortable benches and large LCD TV.

Each guest has free access to all internal and external services of the property: indoor pool, Finnish sauna, solarium UVA, fitness corner, bowl area, table tennis, outdoor area and games room for children, private garden with chairs and deckchairs, barbecue, etc.

On request (optional) you can make customized massages, beauty treatments, horseback rides and excursions of varying type and difficulty.

Our lists are transparent ! There are no surcharges payable locally and they always include:
- all consumption of the apartment: electricity, water and heating
- bed linen, replaced each week
- bath linen, replaced twice a week
- table linen, replaced twice a week
- an appreciated daily maid service (excluded kitchenette)
- final cleaning of the accomodation.

In winter the ski area Alta badia, situated between 1.400 and 2.200 meters of altitude, ensures optimal ski conditions throughout the season.
