Apartment for 2-7 people only 50 meters from the beach

Sadly our week long holiday has come to an end. A holiday made immediatly pleasurable by the ease of our rental and the quality and convienance of its location. If tou where to hand pick a location on the main strip to stay, its on this corner. The apartment is well presented, some comments posted here in the past regarding old or run down appliances, are now void. On my stay, they where all fresh.The roof terrace is amazing. It has a panoramic view of the whole beech, (across the street) and it has space enough for everyone to laydown. There where three sunloungers on our stay, and a table with 4 chairs and umbrella, sun lounger toppers and all. The place was spotless on arrival, 2 keys made available and no interferance from the owner, which is always good. I will be returning. ThNks jesùs

The view from the terrace on the roof was very beautiful. The location in the center off Puerto del Carmen was excelent. We enjoyed for 4 weeks. The furniture need a update and in the period we stayed we had a lot off technical problems, which not solved in all those weeks. Excample: on the roof there were two sundecks, one was broken. We noticed it straight away to the owner, but when we left we diddnot got an other sundeck. The washingmachine was broken, after 3 weeks begging we got a new one. It is not recommended for more then 4 people, because no enough space and seats.

This is a lovely apartment, in an ideal location in the beach front of Puerto del Carmen. It is large and airy with excellent facilities and some superb views, especially from the terrace. Overall it is well equipped, with everything you are liable to need. Our party consisted of four adults and we had no problems whatsoever. We have just one criticism; the bathroom, whilst entirely useable, is in need of updating and modernisation. One additional point is that the supplied bedding, whilst clean, is a little thin. Also if you hire a car, parking in the immediate area is possible but not easy. It is up a number of steps, so people who may have difficulty with this need to be aware. In March, when we went, the area was lively, but not overly noisy. In terms of value for money this apartment is highly recommended.
