The accommodation

Ground floor with large terrace with direct access to the pine forest of Guardamar, pine and eucalyptus, which are the footpath to the beach, pre-owned, comfortable. Ideal for walking to the harbor, the beach in km, sandy and not modernized in August. With swimming pool and parking.

Ideal for lovers of quiet, calm, and cool in the Mediterranean, sport, fishing (300m from the mouth of the Segura River), families with children and disabled (ramps). Near supermarket and town center (10min walk).

Setting

The common area has direct access to the pine forest, on the 1st line with a microclimate that makes the property an ideal place for the summer where the sea breeze makes the temperature is mild when the town of Guardamar is intense heat. Riding a bike on the roads of the salt marshes, the pine forest, the road to La Marina ... Observe waterfowl.

Visit the Easter or Moors and Christians of Guardamar and nearby towns. Knowing the Palm Grove of Elche and festivities in August with its famous museum arqueológico.Ver outdoor cinema or fried fish with bait swell.

Beautiful beach apartment

I stayed here for about two weeks during the spanish spring break called Semana Santa. This apartment is perfect for the beach. It is only about a 5-10 minute walk away from a beautiful beach that is never overcrowded. The apartment itself is very nice and clean and has a very large terrace. There is everything that you need and never gets too hot even when it is extremely hot outside which is really nice. There is a pool that belongs to the apartment building if swimming in the ocean is not your thing. This area of spain has many people from different countries in europe, mainly from the UK and Germany. The town itself is very nice and pleasant. It has a relatively large main area with stores, restaurants etc. There is a huge market on sundays with delicious foods, produce, clothing, restaurant carts and more, very worthwhile. There is a very large sports center where there is tennis, a big pool, soccer, basketball, and more. When i was there during the spanish spring break which is called semana santa every night there would be beautiful parades in the street done by the church, and these also go on during the summer. And only about 30 minutes away from this town is the city of Alicante which is very nice and interesting to visit. The center of the town is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment and there is a grocery store that is right around the corner. Also very close to the apartment is a bay where all the boats are. On the other side of the beach that is closest to the apartment is one of the only nude beaches in the area. Overall i recomend this apartment a lot and am very glad that i stayed there.
