The accommodation
Cozy apartment ideal for a family vacation. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room. Enjoy the terrace, swimming pool, and private parking. Located just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area with all the nearby amenities, such as restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and playgrounds.

The house is fully equipped with all comforts. The main feature is air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms, along with ceiling fans. The area enjoys a cool breeze at night, making it very comfortable with the windows open.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, oven, stove, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine) and everything you need for daily living.
Two bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and an extra mattress stored in one of them in case there are 5 people.
Two bathrooms (one en-suite) fully equipped with a hairdryer. One has a bathtub and the other a shower.
The living-dining room is spacious, with two sofas and a dining/work area. It has a small collection of books in case you want to pass the time. The living room has a terrace where you can leave your beach items, eat, or dine peacefully, as it is equipped with a ceiling fan.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

The beach is an 8-10 minute walk away. The ideal option is to drive and explore the nearby coves or different beaches, as the area is suitable for diving with several schools nearby.
There is a wide range of dining options or take-away food.
There are various shops in San Juan itself for grocery shopping, and the town of Águilas is just a 7-minute drive away, where you'll find supermarkets and a large city with all the services of an urban area.
Activities and attractions
