The accommodation

Located approximately 500 meters from Santa Catalina Beach in El Puerto de Santa María, we present this duplex with a year-round communal pooland private garden, ideal for a family get-together.

Villa Mar de Java is spread over two floors, offering plenty of light in every room and a pleasant decor that invites you to relax and feel at home.



Private gardenwith terrace and access to the pool. It has a large porch with a dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. It also offers a chill-out area with sofas and a lawn with hammocks and an awning if you don't want to be exposed to the sun.

From the garden, you can access the pool, which is a very good size and can be enjoyed by both adults and children.

Kitchen. The kitchen at Villa Mar de Java is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining for 6 to 8 people.

Living/dining room. This holiday home with pool in El Puerto de Santa María offers its guests a wonderful living/dining room with air conditioning, a Smart TV, comfortable sofas, and a dining table for up to 8 people. It is important to note that the fireplace cannot be used.

Toilet. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet without a shower.Bedrooms. The house has three bedrooms; the master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a large dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each. These are comfortable and quiet spaces, perfect for relaxing. Sheets and towels are included with every reservation. Central air conditioning is available upstairs.

Terrace. Upstairs, there is a terrace with a table and chairs and a sofa area, ideal for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. The upper terrace has direct views of the communal pool.

Bathrooms. In addition to the guest toilet and bathroom with shower in the master bedroom, there is another full bathroom upstairs, which in this case has a bathtub.

Parking. This holiday villa has a private parking space, accessed from the basement. Its good size allows space for a car, a motorcycle, and bicycles.The historic center of El Puerto is just a 10-minute drive away.

Pets are not allowed.
