Welcome to Punta Candor, one of the most peaceful and natural spots on the Cádiz coast. Our apartment is part of a modern, secure complex just 100 meters from the beach – a little slice of paradise in southern Spain.

Just 40 minutes from Jerez Airport, and about 1h20 from Seville Airport.

💙 Use of the Home Please treat the house with care and respect – enjoy it, but try not to break anything.
• Check-in: From 5:00 PM (please coordinate with your host).
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM – leave the key in the lockbox, house tidy (no need to clean, just not a mess).
🚫 Not Allowed:
• Parties or events.
• Noise or loud talking from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (summer only), and after 11:00 PM all year.
• Smoking inside the house.
• Hanging clothes, towels, etc., on balconies or windows – only in the designated laundry area (and not visible).
• Hanging objects from windows or balconies.
• Pets.
• Throwing food, paper, or solids in the kitchen sink – only water.
• Flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet – no wipes, pads, etc.
• Be careful with doors and wind – avoid slamming.
• Any damage caused by misuse is paid by the guest.

• In the garage: drive very slowly with headlights on.

👉 Play time max: 90 minutes unless no one is waiting. You can only book for the next time you play.
