The accommodation
Wonderful apartment with 2 bedrooms; one has two individual beds, a large window and a wardrobe, and the main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with shower and a large glass door that takes you out to the seafront terrace. The second bathroom has a bathtub and is modern and spacious.
Large living room with a very comfortable L-shaped sofa, high quality furniture, a big Smart TV, and direct access to the seafront terrace. Electric blinds on both terrace glass doors.
On the terrace you will see a round table and four comfortable chairs and also awnings for the sunny days.
Independent and fully equiped modern kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, etc.
There is central heating and airconditioning throughout and in every room, as well as WiFi.
Setting
The building has a community gym, swimmingpool for adults and for children and 4 elevators.
It is situated in a tranquil area. There is a small and quiet stone beach in front of the building but also a nice walking path on the shore that takes you straight to the old town sand beach, where you can find bars and restaurants at approx. 700m distance.
