Unobstructed views from your private solarium and steps away from two small coves. Enjoy fishing, snorkeling, yoga on the beach, or a dip in the sea directly in front of the house.

Setting

The house is located in Pilar de la Horadada, in the neighborhood of Pueblo Latino. Less than 10 minute walk in either direction to public beaches. Mil Palmeras beach is 2 km of white sand with numerous chinguirritos, cafes, and restaurants. Torre de le Horadada offers multiple beaches along the main walking path close to the town plaza with various restaurants and cafes.

Pilar de la Horadada is about 1 hour drive from Alicante airport and 35 minutes from Murcia airport.

Activities and attractions

Pilar de la Horadada, located on the Orihuela Coast, offers a varied environment for all kinds of outdoor enthusiasts. Soak up the sun on the beach, or cycle along the kilometers of public cycling trails. Run, walk, or hike along the coastline from the Salinas de San Pedro to the south to the Marina in Torrevieja to the north.

The area boasts multiple microclimates including green parks and pine forests, lakes, natural mud baths, and of course, the Mediterranean Sea.

For history enthusiasts, Cartagena is 35 minute drive and boasts numerous sites of interest including the Roman ampitheatre, an ancient bull fighting arena, and a sprawling port / marina. To the north 45 minutes, Elche, a UNESCO heritage site, offers a step back in time to prehistoric days through the Roman and Spanish kingdom ages. In between, stop into Torrevieja - the salt capital of Spain - and tour the famous Pink Lake populated by flamingos and other wildlife. Enjoy a walk on the promenade in Torrevieja city central that offers restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightclubs.

For hiking options, choose the natural mud baths in neighboring town San Pedro del Pinatar, or the natural lagoons of Torrevieja, or the pine forests of Guardamar, to name a few.

Sports enthusiasts can play paddle or swim in the local municipal facilities. Kayak, paddle board, snorkel, or rent jet skis all within minutes walk from the house.
