The accommodation

The recently renovated apartment offers a modern, comfortable and well-lit environment with a balcony with a splendid view of the Adda River and Mount Massuccio.
It is located on the first floor and can be reached by a flight of stairs.
The living area is characterized by an open kitchen complete with all appliances and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary.
Guests can use the coffee machine and the kettle with different pods and tea bags.
The double bedroom is welcoming and spacious, equipped with a large wardrobe with sliding doors.
The bathroom is elegant and spacious equipped with all accessories.
The shower gel and hand soap, of excellent quality, are refillable to reduce waste and respect the environment.
The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, Full HD Smart TV and a safe.
Comfort in the summer months is guaranteed by air conditioning units equipped with air purification.
The apartment with its welcoming atmosphere, has been designed to offer guests all the comforts necessary for their stay, with quality services and an ideal location for excursions.

In front of the building there is the public parking of Piazza Cavour, which is paid from Monday to Saturday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 am. On Sundays it is free.
On the ground floor the GOBBI FRATTINI bakery offers the possibility of purchasing typical Valtellina products and excellent sandwiches for excursions.

Setting

To provide maximum security to our guests, the structure is equipped with video surveillance service in the common areas.

Activities and attractions

In the historic center of Tirano there is the church of San Martino and the historic buildings Sertoli Salis, Lambertenghi, Merizzi, Quadrio Curzio and Torelli.
In front of the structure guests have at their disposal the Banca Popolare di Sondrio, the post office and the public parking.
For shopping there are several shops in the square and a supermarket behind the church of San Martino.
