Located in the picturesque setting of Pollensa, Can Avinent is a rustic estate designed to provide you with an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Mallorca. Just 7 km from the historic centre of Alcúdia, this villa offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere while being close to points of interest such as the Hidropark Alcúdia and the Plaza Mayor.

The two-storey house has a cosy living room equipped with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings, and a set of sofas that invite you to share family moments. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (including a fridge, oven, kettle and coffee maker) is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the dining room, with views of the garden and the pool.

Can Avinent has three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 guests, with the option of hosting 2 additional people upon request. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and decorative details that reflect the Mallorcan style, such as wooden beams, warm wall tones and elegant bedspreads. The bathrooms are equipped with flush showers and a bathtub, as well as all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and towels. One of the bathrooms has colourful traditional tiles that add a special touch, while another has a modern and minimalist design, perfect to complement the rustic style of the property.

Additional services include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and a washing machine, as well as a cot and highchair if travelling with young children.

The outdoor areas are a true gem, with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. The property has a well-kept garden and a covered terrace with a dining area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals next to the barbecue. This barbecue area is strategically located next to the pool, offering a complete experience for days of relaxation and family gatherings. There is also a private balcony on the upper floor, from where guests can admire the panoramic views and relax with a drink at the end of the day.

Decorative details such as traditional ceramics, paintings and handcrafted furniture give the house a cosy and authentic atmosphere. House rules

To maintain the tranquillity and harmony of the place, smoking and events are not allowed. The owner will visit once a week for the maintenance of the trees and the garden, ensuring that everything is in optimal condition for your enjoyment.
