Located in a quiet and rural area, this beautiful country house has multiple features to make it your holiday home. The house, with views to the garden and the mountain, has a total of 240m2 distributed in a single floor, very practical and cosy, it has all the comforts. As we cross the main door of the house, we find the living-dining room with air conditioning and smart Tv, rustic style, with a table and space for all the guests of the house. The independent kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, electric oven, a large fridge and osmosis equipment for drinking water.

There are also 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, 2 of them with air conditioning. All of them have Smart Tv. It has two bathrooms, a double bathroom complete with radiator-heater and another bathroom with shower accessed from the outside.

The 3.5m x 3.5m round swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.5m will make your stay more refreshing and fun, especially for the youngest members of the family. Relaxing in the sun, sipping a glass of wine by the pool will be the little things you can enjoy at La Sort Llarga, the things you will remember best when you return from your stay. There is covered outdoor parking for 2 cars.

Next to the house there is a porch to enjoy meals and dinners on the practical barbecue (which has a medium-sized fridge), and also includes a relaxation area. It has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

La Sort Llarga is located in Pollensa, a beautiful village full of customs, fiestas, history and culture. Discover its narrow streets, visit the Calvario, as well as taste the local cuisine in its magnificent restaurants. The nearest beach is Puerto Pollença, with fine sand and crystal clear waters. Idyllic and paradisiacal is also the beach of Formentor and the Cala de Sant Vicent.
Pollença is an ideal place for cyclists, hikers, nature lovers and golf enthusiasts.

Minimum stay of 5 nights. In July and August check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.
Deposit of 200€ at the entrance from which the electricity cost of 0.35 euros/kw is deducted.
Ecotasa 2.20 euros per person per day to be paid at the accommodation.
