Check-In must take place between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Any different requests must be agreed upon. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by staff who will provide you with all the information you need. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate Lost Horizon by 11:00 am to allow for cleaning before the arrival of new guests. When you return the keys, you must return Lost Horizon in the same conditions in which you found it upon your arrival. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED: the entire accommodation is strictly non-smoking. We ask you to respect this policy to ensure your safety and the comfort of all guests. Smoking is permitted in the area indicated as "Smoking Area" in the garden belonging to Lost Horizon (N.B.: smoking is strictly prohibited in the area in front of the entrance). THE PRESENCE OF ADDITIONAL GUESTS IS NOT ALLOWED for safety and comfort reasons. The maximum capacity of the accommodation must be respected, therefore it is absolutely forbidden to introduce guests other than those who have booked and left their data. Anyone who violates this rule will be immediately reported to the Airbnb Trust and Safety Service: for extra guests who should stop to sleep, payment (through Airbnb) will also be required for their stay. It follows that it is forbidden to organize parties and events. PETS: It is permitted to introduce pets in a maximum number of 2. ACCESS IS NOT PERMITTED to the courtyard that remains in the rear area or in the adjacent front area as indicated by the appropriate signs. ELECTRICITY: RESPONSIBLE USE. Contribute to sustainability by turning off lights and all electronic devices when you are not at home. Also, remember to turn off the air conditioning before leaving. ANY DAMAGES: please report them immediately to the Host. WASTE SEPARATE COLLECTION: 1. Separate waste into appropriate categories, such as paper, plastic, glass and organic. 2. Use the correct containers inside the Living (next to the refrigerator). You have 3 containers available: for paper, for plastic and for organic waste (so-called "wet"). 3. If you are staying only a few days you can also leave the waste in their containers: we will take care of it after your departure. 4. If you are staying for many days you can display the waste to be disposed of outside the gate paying attention to the collection times as illustrated in the house manual available in the Hall.
