You will have everything within walking distance!

1 bedroom apartment with double bed and two sofa beds in the living room.
Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Marina House is a traditional style building divided into seven apartments, with me residing in one of them, at your disposal whenever you need it.

- Playa Talamanca: 25 min walk / 7 min by car
- Airport: 12 min by car

🅿️ PARKING

We are located on a pedestrian street, and the distance from the road to the entrance of the building is 50 meters.

You can only stop to unload for 5 minutes, otherwise you could be fined.

Here are some alternatives:

In the surrounding streets, at night it is free (from 22:00 to 09:00) and during the day the price is €1/hour, with the possibility of payment through an app.
Private parking 5 minutes walk away, called Es Pratet, with an approximate cost of €3/hour.
Free parking 15-20 minutes walk away, located next to Ikea.
