The accommodation

This charming three-storey house is a perfect combination of character and comfort. It has a beautiful private rooftop terrace offering captivating views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Once you walk through its distinctive red entrance door and hallway, you will come into the living/dining room, where you will find two comfortable sofas in the sitting area and a large solid wood table with colonial style chairs in the dining room.

Through an arched door, you enter the spacious and rustic kitchen, which has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable stay.

A beautiful staircase takes you up to the first level of the house and into the master bedroom. It is equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and is complemented by a separate workspace, perfect for catching up on some homework or simply reading a book.

Going up one more level, you will find the second bedroom, with two single beds and its own bathroom with a bathtub.

From there, a rustic wooden staircase leads up to the attic bedroom, which also has two single beds. This exquisite space with a special ambience opens onto the roof terrace, which offers unobstructed views of the sea, the mountains and the beautiful old town of Altea.

Situated on a privileged corner with access for cars, the property is just a few steps away from Altea's Paseo Marítimo, where you will find restaurants and shops for all tastes.

The 10 minute to the Plaza Mayor and its famous whitewashed houses and cobbled streets, lets you enjoy every corner of the old town of Altea without having to take a car.

The Altea Train Station car park and the Foietes car park, both public and free of charge, are just 200 metres away and offer numerous parking spaces!

You will also find shops, banks and supermarkets less than 200 metres away. The location of this property is unbeatable!
