On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining area with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa bed for one guest. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes. Additionally, this floor also features a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and air conditioning, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.

Going up the stairs to the upper floor, you will discover a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, providing the perfect space for relaxation. From here, you have direct access to a furnished terrace with a table and two benches—an ideal spot to unwind outdoors.
